lists, etc... and we can suggest you a few which give us satisfaction.
But TAKE CARE also of the attractvity of your site or webpage,
how clear is the text and the message you want to give to your
visitors, the keywords used into your site and ads, make various ads,
use different keywords. Always track the results. Then you can keep
those who work, anyway, you will have to continue your tests because
life changes and people also and an ads or keyword which works well
today cannot work anymore two months after. So I will never tell too

If all these points are OK, you made all what you can to have a good readable article. Be confident and send it to publishers, put it in blogs etc... everywhere it is possible.
